Eligibility & Submission Requirements

The Wadsworth Golf Charities Foundation is restricted to making grants to organizations recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.

Applications should include the following:

Grant Request

A written proposal of no more than two typewritten pages that includes:

• An overview of your organization and its mission.
• A description of the proposed project or program.
• How grant funds will be used.
• The audience or community intended to be served.
• The project’s anticipated impact.

Required Supporting Documents

Please include:

• A copy of the first page of your IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter.
• A copy of your organization’s most recent financial statements.
• A list of grants or other funding received during the past year, including the organizations that provided the funding.

Additional support materials may be included when appropriate; however, funding decisions are based primarily on the contents of the two-page grant request.
